Poor requirements management is a major cause of project failure. Without proper requirements management, it will be hard to achieve the needed business value from any initiative. In this course, participants will learn how to handle requirements from the very beginning of a project through its completion. It addresses requirements activities needed, attributes, artifacts, as well as traceability and developing the requirements management plan. It also addresses the stakeholders as a key element in requirements management and discusses how to identify those who should be involved and the extent and type of involvement, as well as topics like requirements governance, scope management, and change.
